基于PLC的有偿智能饮料瓶回收装置设计

在现代社会,塑料废弃物的处理已成为一个日益严峻的问题。文章设计了一款基于西门子200SMART控制器的有偿智能饮料回收装置,主要由数据收集模块、西门子200SMART可编程控制器、材料识别模块、压缩模块、定量模块、信息录入模块、蜂鸣器提示模块组成。采用西门子200SMART系列PLC,分别获取塑料饮料瓶材料和数量信息并进行处理,通过摆动气缸完成不同材料饮料瓶的回收,利用红外传感器完成饮料瓶数量的计数,当计数到达设定值后对饮料瓶进行压缩,仓满后提醒工作人员清仓处理。该设计为用户提供一种可积分的有偿智能回收装置,让智能回收机架起商业价值与社会价值的桥梁。
Design of Paid Intelligent Beverage Bottle Recycling Device Based on PLC
In modern society,the disposal of plastic waste has become an increasingly serious problem.The pa-per designs a paid intelligent beverage recycling device based on Siemens 200SMART controller,which is mainly composed of data collection module,Siemens 200SMART programmable controller,material identification module,compression module,quantitative module,information entry module and buzzer reminder module.Siemens 200SMART series control PLC is used to obtain and process the material and quantity information of plastic bever-age bottles respectively.The recycling of beverage bottles of different materials is completed by swinging cylinders,and the count of the number of beverage bottles is completed by using infrared sensors.When the count arrives,the beverage bottles are compressed,and the warehouse is full to remind the staff to clear the warehouse.To provide us-ers with an integral paid intelligent recycling device,so that intelligent recycling frame as a bridge between commer-cial value and social value.
