公路边坡秸秆砖生态防护施工技术研究

为保护公路边坡,防止山体滑坡和水土流失,解决防护初期草籽被雨水冲走、植物成活率低等问题,采用公路边坡秸秆砖生态防护施工技术,以玉米秸秆为原材料,掺加泥土、水和少量淀粉黏合剂,进行高强度挤压形成带有孔洞的秸秆砖,与含有草籽的黑土(种植土)垫层共同应用,并在秸秆砖孔洞和孔隙之间填入种植土,应用于公路边坡防护施工。该技术有效避免了坡面遭受雨水侵蚀,加固了边坡表层土体,防止水土流失,并对刚开挖的边坡及时进行防护,保障了路基的稳定,同时恢复了生态环境,降低了工程造价,节能环保。
Study on Construction Technology of Ecological Protection of Straw Brick on Highway Slope
In order to protect highway slope,prevent mountain landslide and soil erosion,and solve the prob-lems of grass seed being washed away by rain and low survival rate of plants in the initial stage of protection,the construction technology of ecological protection of highway slope straw brick is adopted,taking corn straw as raw material,adding soil,water and a small amount of starch binder,the straw brick with holes was formed by high strength extrusion,and was applied together with the black soil(planting soil)cushion containing grass seeds,and filling planting soil between holes and pores of straw brick,which is used in highway slope protection construction.The technique effectively avoids the slope surface from rain erosion,strengthens the surface soil of the slope,pre-vents soil and water loss,protects the newly excavated slope in time,ensures the stability of the roadbed,and re-stores the ecological environment,reduces the cost of the project,and saves energy and environmental protection.
