Innovative Practice and Countermeasures of Local Government Investment Promotion in the New Situation:A Case Study of Gansu Province
The study focuses on solving the dilemma of local government investment promotion work.Taking Gansu Province as an example,it adopts online and offline methods to conduct questionnaire surveys,on-site in-spections,and on-site discussions,ect.for enterprises and government staff who settled in the province to analyze the current situation and policy implementation of investment promotion work under the new economic normal.From the dimensions of industrial chain investment promotion,park carrying capacity,project attraction and land-ing,investment promotion work team,investment policy optimization,etc.,the problems existing in local govern-ment investment promotion work are deeply analyzed,the practices and inspirations of investment promotion poli-cies and models in other regions are summarized.The paper proposes practical strategies such as promoting the im-plementation of the five major policy support systems,improving the"Five in One"service system,continuously im-proving the five major work mechanisms,comprehensively optimizing the market environment,government environ-ment,legal environment,and cultural environment,in order to provide reference for local governments to efficiently promote investment attraction work.
