数控机床在线检测系统构建与误差测量研究

为提高数控机床的高度自动化,有效保证机床加工精度的跟踪,文章针对天水某机床企业生产的大型卧式车镗数控机床内孔和小型卧式数控车床的外圆沿轴向直线度误差,通过搭建的接触式在线检测系统进行了在线测量与分析.研究结果表明:大型卧式车镗数控机床内孔轴向直线度误差在±1 mm之内;小型卧式数控机床的外圆沿轴向直线度误差在±0.05 mm之内.研究有效实现了机床的加工精度和性能的评价,文章的测量数据为产品的优化提供了一定的理论指导.
Research on the Construction and Error Measurement of CNC Machine Tool On-line Detection System
In order to improve the high degree of automation of CNC machine tools and effectively ensure the tracking of machine tool processing accuracy.The paper is based on the axial straightness error of the inner hole of large horizontal lathe boring CNC machine tools and the outer circle of small horizontal CNC lathe produced by a machine tool enterprise of Tianshui City,the on-line measurement and analysis are carried out through the contact on-line detection system.The research results show that the axial straightness error of the inner hole of the large hor-izontal turn-boring CNC machine tool is within±1 mm,and the axial straightness error of the outer circle of the small horizontal CNC machine tool is within±0.05 mm,which effectively realizes the evaluation of the machining accuracy and performance of the machine tool.The measurement data provides some theoretical guidance for the op-timization of the product.
