Research on the Performance of Construction Waste Recycled Brick Mixed Pervious Concrete
The reuse of construction brick waste is conducive to saving resources and protecting the environ-ment,and promotes the faster realization of the"double-carbon"goal in China. In this paper, the water-cement ra-tio(0.28~0.32)and aggregate size(4.75~19mm)were used as variables to investigate the effects of these two vari-ables on the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of recycled brick-mixed pervious concrete. The re-sults show that,on the one hand, the compressive strength of recycled brick mixed pervious concrete increases at first, but the decreases when the water-cement ratio changes. With the increase of aggregate size, the compressive strength of aggregate decreases gradually. On the other hand, the permeability coefficient of recycled brick mixed pervious concrete increases with the increase of aggregate size.It is worth noting that there are some differences in the effect of water-cement ratio on the permeability coefficient under different aggregate sizes. The water permeability coeffi-cients of aggregate size 4.75~9.5mm and 9.5~16mm showed a tendency to increase and then decrease, while the wa-ter permeability coefficients of aggregate size 16~19mm decreased with the increase of water-cement ratio. The re-sults of this study provide references for actual projects.
