摘要
文章从人口、空间、经济、社会、生态环境5个方面构建城镇化评价指标体系,综合测度甘肃省城镇化质量,分析区域城镇化的协调发展程度,以期为城镇化高质量推进提供科学参考.结果表明:(1)城镇化综合指数及5个子系统发展指数均呈稳步上升态势,区域城镇化呈现陇东南地区＞中部沿黄地区＞河西走廊地区的格局,具有明显的区域差异.(2)城镇化质量较高的市州多分布在中部、陇东南地区,城镇化质量较低的市州主要集中在河西地区.(3)研究期内综合协调度由失调型提升至协调型,呈不断向好的发展趋势.未来应继续发挥中心城市的综合作用,持续推进缩小区域差异,加强交流合作互补互助.研究结果可为甘肃省城镇化高质量发展决策提供理论支持.
Abstract
The paper constructs urbanization evaluation index system from five aspects:population,space,economy,society,and ecological environment,comprehensively measures the quality of urbanization in Gansu,ana-lyzes the coordinated development degree of regional urbanization,and and hopes to provide scientific reference for the high-quality urbanization.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive index of urbanization and the develop-ment index of the five sub-systems are steadily increasing,and regional urbanization shows a pattern of southeast Gansu Province>the central region along the Yellow River>and Hexi Corridor region,with obvious regional differ-ences.(2)Cities and prefectures with higher urbanization quality are mostly distributed in the central and southeast-ern regions of Gansu Province,while cities and prefectures with lower urbanization quality are mainly concentrated in the Hexi region.(3)During the research period,the comprehensive coordination degree increased from an imbal-anced type to a coordinated type,showing a trend of continuous improvement.In the future,the comprehensive role of central cities should continue to be exerted,with ongoing efforts to narrow regional disparities and strengthen ex-changes,cooperation,complementarity,and mutual assistance.The research results can provide theoretical support for the decision-making of high-quality development of urbanization in Gansu Province.
