Countermeasures Research on Xinjiang Science and Technology Commissioner System Serving Rural Revitalisation in the New Era
In order to promote the system of scientific and technological commissioners to serve rural revitalisa-tion,the status quo and problems of scientific and technological commissioners in Xinjiang are sorted out,and the grassroots scientific and technological needs are grasped,so that the scientific and technological service system in Xinjiang can continue to innovate and develop.This paper combs and analyses the system,projects,effectiveness and experience of of science and technology commissioners in Xinjiang in the context of the new era,and finds that the whole Xinjiang has realized full coverage of science and technology commissioners in serving administrative vil-lages,and and the projects of science and technology commissioners in serving rural revitalization are numerous,with remarkable results and rich experience.However,the overall system is still immature,and there are problems in the cognition,innovation environment,system management,selection and incentive mechanism of the system of science and technology commissioners in Xinjiang In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward counter-measures and suggestions to serve rural revitalisation,and provides reference for the system of the scientific and technological commissioners to serve rural revitalisation.
