Analysis and Research on the Achievements of the Science and Technology Progress Awards in Gansu Province
The science and technology reward system has played a positive role in stimulating independent inno-vation, stimulating the vitality of talents and creating a favorable innovation environment. In order to further promote the implementation of the"Four Strong"action in Gansu Province, and better play the incentive role of the Science and Technology Progress Award,this paper selects the achievements of the National Science and Technology Prog-ress Award and the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in Gansu Province from 2017 to 2021, focus-ing on the number of awarded achievements, completion units, city and state distribution, economic industries and fields, and achievement categories, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the achievements of the National Sci-ence and Technology Progress Award and the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in Gansu Prov-ince.And based on the current development reality of Gansu Province, relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed, hoping to provide useful references for the rapid transformation and application of high-quality scientific and technological achievements.
