With the development of the global national economy, industrial agglomeration has gradually extend-ed to the fields of agriculture and service. In order to make a comparative study on agriculture and major agricultur-al products agglomeration in Gansu province based on different industrial agglomeration measurement methods, and provide reference for the development layout of regional agricultural products and major agricultural products, this paper uses Herfindahl index and EG index to measure the market agglomeration and spatial agglomeration levels of agriculture and 11 major agricultural products in Gansu Province. The results show that the market agglomeration degree and space agglomeration levels of agriculture and major agricultural products in Gansu Province are relative-ly stable in the first five years and obviously fluctuate in the next five years. Among them:eight types of agricultural products such as melons and fruits, cotton wool, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, mountain wool,oil and meat, grain and dairy products are more aggressive and regionalized, especially the growth and fluctuation range of market agglomeration and space agglomeration of melons and fruits are more prominent, while the performance of poultry eggs, aquatic products and vegetables is not obvious.
