Research on the Quality of Gansu Red Tourism Experience Based on the Kano-IPA Model
In recent years, Gansu Province has developed rapidly in red tourism due to its profound accumula-tion of red culture. In order to explore the tourist experience quality of Gansu's red tourism destinations, this paper is based on tourism experience theory and uses the Kano-IPA model to measure the tourist experience quality of Gansu's red tourism destinations, proposing optimization strategies for the quality of tourist experience in Gansu's red tourism destinations. The research shows that the accessibility, infrastructure, accommodation and dining condi-tions, and other experiential elements of red tourism destinations need to be prioritized for improvement. The ser-vice attitude, service awareness, product authenticity, uniqueness, and other experiential elements of tour guides can continue to be maintained. The research conclusion has practical significance for improving the experience quality of red tourism destinations in Gansu and enhancing the experience effect of red tourism.
