摘要
互联网和新媒体的迅猛发展,使得生态环境保护领域网络负面舆情的社会敏感度持续提升,成为政府和生态环境部门面临的课题和难题.文章借助"鹰眼"速读网等大数据舆情监测技术,对涉及生态环境领域的网络信息进行科学监测、预警、预判.通过信息关注度、媒体活跃度、信息来源占比、情感分布4个指标分析,以简报、报告、图表等方式呈现特定网络信息监测结果,以此化解危机、指导决策、优化管理、提升效能.在技术层面,应充分运用Python等爬虫技术,破解网络信息抓取"孤岛"难题,探索建立情感属性判定智能模式,拓展高舆情价值信息收集渠道,提升舆情信息分析报告能力.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the Internet and new media, the social sensitivity of network negative public opinion in the field of ecological environment protection has been continuously improved, which has become a topic and problem faced by the government and ecological environment departments. The effective solution is to use big data public opinion monitoring technologies such as"Eagle Eye"Speed Reading Network to conduct scien-tific monitoring, early warning and predict network information related to the ecological environment field. By ana-lyzing the four-dimensional indicators of information attention, media activity, proportion of information sources, and emotional distribution, specific network information monitoring results are presented in the form of briefings, re-ports, charts, etc., so as to resolve crises, guide decision-making, optimize management and improve efficiency. At the technical level, Python and other web crawling technologies should be fully utilized to solve the problem of"is-lands"in network information capture, explore the establishment of intelligent emotional attribute judgment models, expand channels for collecting high-value public opinion information, and enhance the ability to analyze and report public opinion information.
