The Problems and Countermeasures of Science and Technology Innovation in Guangxi Counties:Taking HeChi as an Example
Taking Hechi City of Guangxi as an example,this paper discusses the problems and countermea-sures of county science and technology innovation.By using literature research,field investigation and data analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the status quo,existing problems and constraints of science and technology innovation in Hechi City from the implementation of science and technology policy in the county and the develop-ment of county enterprises,such as the imperfect science and technology innovation system,insufficient investment in science and technology innovation,lack of science and technology innovation talents,and poor transformation of science and technology innovation achievements.Combined with the actual situation of Hechi City,countermea-sures and suggestions such as strengthening policy guidance and support,improving system and mechanism,talent cultivation and enterprise innovation system construction are put forward,aiming at providing reference for Hechi City and even some cities in Guangxi to promote the development of county science and technology innovation.
