定西市林业碳汇高质量发展存在的问题及对策

摘要
基于2018-2023年定西市林业数据,运用森林蓄积量换算因子法对定西市林业碳汇量进行评估,借助影子定价法对定西市林业碳汇价值进行估算,计算出2018-2023年定西市林业碳汇价值.通过对定西市林业碳汇高质量发展项目的优势和面临的问题进行深入分析,提出了落实防火防害、推进林业提升改造、培养相关技术人才、构建计量监测规范、建立健全相关体系等政策建议和组织、技术保障措施,旨在推动定西市林业碳汇高质量发展,助力定西市"双碳"目标的早日实现.
Abstract
Based on the forestry data of Dingxi City in 2018 to 2023,the forest stock conversion factor method was used to evaluate the forestry carbon sink value of Dingxi City,and the shadow pricing method was used to esti-mate the forestry carbon sink value of Dingxi City from 2018 to 2023.Through in-depth analysis of the advantages and problems faced by the high-quality development project of forestry carbon sink in Dingxi City,policy sugges-tions and organizational and technical support measures such as implementing of fire prevention and damage pre-vention,the promoting of forestry upgrading and transformation,training relevant technical talents,building measure-ment and monitoring standards,and the establishing and improving relevant system are put forward.These measures aim to promote the high-quality development of forestry carbon sinks in Dingxi City and contribute to the early real-ization of the city's"dual carbon″goals.
