提升甘肃省高价值专利的路径研究

摘要
高价值专利具有高技术价值、高法律价值、高市场价值等重要特性,是甘肃省加快实施创新驱动发展战略、知识产权强省建设纵深推进的重要支撑,目前甘肃省存在高价值专利数量不足,转化运营比例低等突出问题,因此对甘肃省高价值专利进行研究具有十分重要的意义.文章通过对甘肃省有效专利及高价值专利进行分析研究,客观阐述甘肃省高价值专利的现状及面临的问题,总结梳理提升甘肃省高价值专利的策略,为甘肃省加快推进知识产权强省建设提供参考.
Abstract
High-value patents have important characteristics such as high technical value,high legal value and high market value,and are an important support for accelerating the implementation of innovation-driven develop-ment strategy in Gansu Province and deepening the construction of a province with strong intellectual property rights.Currently,there are prominent problems such as insufficient number of high-value patents and low conver-sion operation ratio in Gansu Province,so it is of great significance to study high-value patents in Gansu Province.Through the analysis and research of valid patents and high-value patents in Gansu Province,this paper objectively expounds the status quo and problems faced by high-value patents in Gansu Province,summarizes and sort out the strategies for promoting high-value patents in Gansu Province,and provides references for accelerating the con-struction of Gansu Province with strong intellectual property rights.
