A Review of International Data Governance Research
A comparative study is conducted on the concepts,research strengths,and research topics of interna-tional data governance.It is believed that the research topics of international data governance mainly focus on four aspects:research on the conceptual framework of data governance,research on the scope of data governance,research on data governance processes,and validation of data governance effectiveness.The research topics of China's data governance mainly focus on the introduction and analysis of international experience,analysis of domestic big data related policy documents six aspects:domain data governance,data governance technology,research on data gover-nance frameworks,and research on practical experience in data governance.At the end of the article,a comparison is made between the depth and breadth of research at home and abroad,and a brief review is made on the research trends from the perspectives of research subjects,stakeholder research on data governance,data governance rules,and the universality of related research and conclusions.This lays a preliminary foundation for the policy reserves and governance rules research of data governance in China.
