At present,opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of oil drilling and production equipment industry in Gansu Province.Although some achievements have been made,many problems are still faced.The location advantages of the"Belt and Road"and"Western Development"have strengthened the produc-tion capacity cooperation between Gansu and the Silk Road partners and formed new competitive advantages.In or-der to realize industrial transformation and upgrading,reverse the dilemma of innovation and talent,according to the changes in industrial structure,refer to the strategic deployment of excellent enterprises,seize the opportunity of sci-entific and technological revolution and industrial reform,review the strategy.Starting from the five directions of green,standardization,intelligence,industrial cluster and innovation drive,the oil drilling and production equip-ment industry structure of Gansu Province will be adjusted,the business layout will be optimized,and a more com-petitive industrial pattern will be built.The top design of the strategic guidance framework system for the transforma-tion and upgrading of the oil drilling and production equipment industry in Gansu Province will be completed,so as to ensure the steady growth of the oil drilling and production equipment industry scale in Gansu Province.Enhance the ability and competitiveness of the operation to support and guarantee the development needs of oil and gas fields.
