基于专利视角的甘肃省风电产业创新路径研究

摘要
实现"碳达峰、碳中和"是国家重大战略决策,发展新能源产业是实现"双碳"目标的重要路径之一.以风电产业为研究对象,基于专利视角,采用incoPat专利数据库,检索2013-2023年甘肃省风电产业技术相关专利,系统分析甘肃省风电产业专利技术整体发展状态、主要申请人、技术领域、法律状态、专利技术功效等,研究制定风电产业专利技术布局策略,并提出加快风电产业技术创新与研发、推动甘肃省大型风电基地建设、加大风电产业政策支持与引导等创新发展路径.
Abstract
Achieving"Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"is a major strategic decision in China,and devel-oping the new energy industry is the main path to achieve the"dual carbon"goals.This article focuses on the wind power industry as its research object,employing a patent-based perspective and using the incopat patent database to search for patents related to wind power technology in Gansu Province from 2013 to 2023.It conducts a systemat-ic analysis of the overall development status,key applicants,technical fields,legal statuses,and technological ef-fects of wind power patents in Gansu.Based on the findings,the study proposes strategies for patent technology lay-out,accelerates technology innovation and R&D in the wind power sector,promotes the construction of large-scale wind power bases in Gansu,and enhances policy support and guidance for the wind power industry.These recom-mendations aim to contribute to the sustainable and innovative development of Gansu's wind power industry in line with the national strategic objectives of"Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
