摘要

科技创新是赢得未来的关键,科技资源为科技活动提供了重要支撑.在"四强"战略行动背景下,文章分析了兰州科技资源现状,探讨了兰州高校、科研院所等创新主体在人才培养、资源配置、平台建设、成果转化、科技金融等方面存在的问题,进而深入研究兰州高校科研院所科技资源密集和源头优势,积极探索了产学研结合的协同创新机制并提出了强化科技资源建设、统筹、整合、共享等方面的对策与建议.从而为科技资源支撑科技创新、催生新质生产力提供有益借鉴.

Abstract

Scientific and technological innovation is the key to win the future,and scientific and technological resources provide important support for scientific and technological activities.Under the background of the"Four Strong"strategic action,this paper first analyzes the current situation of science and technology resources in Lan-zhou,and then discusses the existing problems of science and technology resources in Lanzhou universities,re-search institutes and other scientific research subjects in terms of talent training,resource allocation,platform con-struction,achievement transformation,science and technology finance,etc.It fully explores the dense and source ad-vantages of the scientific and technological resources in Lanzhou's universities and research institutes,actively ex-plores collaborative innovation mechanisms combining industry,university,and research.The paper proposes coun-termeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction,coordination,integration and sharing of technology re-sources to provide useful reference for science and technology resources to support science and technology innova-tion and promote new quality productivity.
