摘要
地理标志在知识产权和农业领域都处于重要地位,甘肃省独特的自然和人文禀赋造就了丰富多样的地理标志产品,对甘肃省地理标志保护现状及对策进行研究,能进一步助力甘肃省乡村振兴及甘肃省县域小微企业发展.细致剖析国家对地理标志的保护模式及相关法律法规调整与变化,紧密结合甘肃省地理标志保护的相关数据、具体措施、实际问题等,对甘肃省保护地理标志过程中出现的执法保护冲突、地理标志产品保护力度不足等问题提出有针对性的对策建议,实现推动甘肃省地理标志保护迈向更高水平的目标.
Abstract
Geographical indications(GIs)hold significant importance in both the realms of intellectual property and agriculture.Gansu Province's distinctive natural and cultural endowments have fostered a rich diversity of geo-graphical indication products.A study on the current status and strategies for the protection of geographical indica-tions in Gansu Province can further contribute to rural revitalization and the development of small and micro enter-prises within the province's counties.Through a meticulous analysis of national-level protection models,relevant le-gal adjustments,as well as close integration with specific data,measures,and practical issues related to geographi-cal indication protection in Gansu Province,this study aims to propose targeted countermeasures for challenges en-countered during the process such as conflicts between law enforcement protection and geographical indication safe-guarding or inadequate protection of geographical indication products.The ultimate objective is to propel the ad-vancement of geographical indication protection in Gansu Province towards higher standards.
