科技创新合作是中国与中亚国家高质量共建"一带一路"的重要内容.中国与中亚国家进行科技创新合作,也是双方基于发展需求,加快培育发展新质生产力,实现互利共赢的重要举措.推动地区互联互通建设、科技创新领域的互补性、应对全球性挑战和推动创新发展是中国与中亚国家科技创新合作的重要动力.中国与中亚国家的科技创新合作在双边和多边框架内推进,合作领域不断拓展,涉及医学、农业、能源、先进制造、信息技术、人工智能、数字城市、人才培养等多个领域.在构建中国-中亚命运共同体的进程中,中国与中亚国家将进一步提升科技创新合作水平,为高质量共建"一带一路"提供强大的动力.
Abstract
Science and technology innovation cooperation is an important part of the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation between China and Central Asian countries.Science and technology innovation cooperation be-tween China and Central Asian countries is also an important measure for both sides to accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces based on the needs of development and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.Promoting regional connectivity,complementarity in Science and technology innovation,cop-ing with global challenges and promoting innovative development are important driving forces for Science and tech-nology innovation cooperation between China and Central Asian countries.Science and technology innovation coop-eration between China and Central Asian countries has been promoted within bilateral and multilateral frameworks,and the fields of cooperation have been expanding,covering medicine,agriculture,energy,advanced manufacturing,information technology,artificial intelligence,digital cities,personnel training and other fields.In the process of building a China-Central Asia community of shared future,China and Central Asian countries will further enhance cooperation in Science and technology innovation,providing a strong impetus for high-quality Belt and Road coop-eration.
