Exploration on the Path of Building an International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Network from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces:Investigation based on Technological Cooperation in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor
As the advanced forms of productivity that conform to the new development concept,new quality pro-ductive is of great significance to China's economic and social development in the new era,which has shifted from focusing on quantity to improving quality,from being factor-driven to being innovation-driven,and accelerating the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.Building an innovative country requires making full use of global scientific and technological resources and deepening international scien-tific and technological cooperation.However,factors such as competition among countries for survival and develop-ment resources are fundamental obstacles to the development of international scientific and technological coopera-tion.In this context,new quality productive forces may provide a solution.This paper clarifies the dual logic of the construction of the international scientific and technological cooperation network from the perspective of new quali-ty productive forces,analyzes the practical challenges it faces,and draws on Porter's Diamond Model framework to analyze the practice of science and technology cooperation in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor from the per-spective of new quality productive forces.
