Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Transfer and Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Colleges and Universities in Gansu Province
Actively cultivating and developing new quality productive forces,the core lies in technological inno-vation,and the key lies in the transformation of achievements.As a major source of scientific and technological inno-vation in China,universities are an indispensable bridge and link connecting scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation,gradually becoming an important force in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into new quality productivity.At present,the transformation of scientific and technologi-cal achievements in Chinese universities is facing the dilemma of"low quantity and low quality","incomplete ser-vices",and"coordination imbalance".It is urgent to break through bottlenecks and open up a virtuous cycle from the source of scientific and technological innovation achievements to the improvement of new quality productivity.This study takes Gansu Province as an example,based on the analysis of the current situation,deeply analyzes its typical transformation model and service model,and accurately identifies the core crux of the transformation of uni-versity scientific and technological achievements from four dimensions:transformation quality and motivation,ser-vice capability,industry-university-research collaboration,and policy support.It also proposes corresponding break-through paths to provide decision-making support for promoting the efficient transformation of university scientific and technological achievements into practical productivity.
