In the new era,high-quality development has become the core requirement of socialist moderniza-tion with Chinese characteristics.Based on the new development concept and taking 14 prefecture-level cities in Gansu Province as the research object,the evaluation system covering four dimensions of open innovation,coordi-nated development,green development and shared development and 26 indicators is constructed to help identify po-tential problems and deficiencies in urban development.This paper comprehensively measures the development lev-el of Gansu Province in 2010,2015,2020 and 2023 by using the combination of entropy weight method,analytic hi-erarchy process and game theory,and analyzes the high-quality development pattern of Gansu Province in time and space with the support of GIS technology.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2023,the quality development lev-el of each city has been improved,but the degree of improvement of development level is different.(2)The contribu-tion rate of open innovation,coordinated development and green development to the high-quality urban develop-ment of Gansu Province is increasing,while the contribution rate of shared dimension begins to decline in 2020.
