苹果种质资源对苹果树腐烂病抗性评价

为全面了解苹果种质资源对苹果树腐烂病的抗性情况,利用2个不同来源的苹果腐烂病菌株,连续2 a对204份苹果种质资源进行了枝条离体接种鉴定。结果表明,接种后不同的种质资源的发病率和严重度均表现出丰富的多样性。西洋苹果资源(Malus domestica Borkh.)中发病率较低-极低的品种和类型所占的比例较高(16.6%);而野生资源(Malus sp.)中发病的严重度较轻-极轻的材料所占的比例较高(30.8%)。而供试的2个菌株致病力存在差异。通过抗病性综合评价,发现红卡维、青森早生和克勒沟大果山定子为抗病种质资源;意大利早红、詹姆斯格里夫、蒙派斯、新疆25、法8号、球形海棠、优7-5和紫云为中抗种质资源;未发现高抗种质资源。
Evaluation of resistance of malus germplasms to apple canker(Valsa ceratosperma)
To evaluate the total resistance of the apple germplasm resources and to find out the resistants of apple germplasm to the apple canker;204 Malus germplasm accessions were inoculated with the suspension of germinated conidia of two pathogenic strains [Valsa ceratosperma(Tode et Fr.) Maire] on the excised twigs for two years.Differences in disease incidence and severity were found among germplasm accessions.The proportion of cultivars and genotypes of Malus domestica with low or moderately low incidence was higher(16.6%)while the number of accessions with moderately light and very light severity was larger(30.8%) in wild genotypes(Malus sp.).The pathogenicity variation of the two isolates was significant.According to the comprehensive evaluation Kelegou Baccata LF,Aomori Early and Calville Rouge were resistant.While,Italian Early,James Grieve,Mengpaisi,M.sieversii 25,France 8,Qiuxing Crab,S7-5 and Whithey were medium-resistance.
