摘要

‘玉手指’葡萄是由‘金手指’芽变选育的欧美杂交种中熟葡萄新品种.果穗长圆锥形,平均穗质量500 g左右;果粒长形至弯形,粒质量6~8 g,果皮黄绿色,充分成熟时金黄色,皮薄不易剥离;果肉质地较软,味甜,香气浓,可溶性固形物18.22%,含酸量0.34%,维生素C含量40.1 rag· kg-1,含31种游离态香气化合物总含量32.6 g·L-1,鲜食品质上等.种子数1~2粒.在浙北海宁地区避雨设施栽培下7月下旬果实成熟,比金手指早熟约7~10d.植株生长势中庸偏旺,适应性和抗病性较强,易栽培.

Abstract

‘Yushouzhi’ grape is a new mid-maturing European-American hybrid cuhivar which is selected from ‘Golden Finger’ bud mutation.The cluster of ‘ Yushouzhi’ grape is large and conical with the average weight of 500 g.The berries are oval with average weight 6 to 8 g and yellow green in color.The flesh is soft,sweet with flavor.The fruit quality is very good with 1 to 2 seed,soluble solids content 18.22%,total acid content 0.34%,vitamin C content 40.1 mg· kg-1 and total free aroma compound content 32.6 g· L-1.The maturity of fruit is in the early and middle of July in northern Zhejiang province.It matures 7 to 10 days earlier than its maternal parent ‘Golden Finger’.The vines have vigorous growth with good adaptability to environment and high disease resistance.It is easy to be cultivated.
