不同产区冬夏季节菠萝果实维生素的差异性研究

[目的]探明不同季节和产地对菠萝果实中维生素含量的影响.[方法]以3个地区(云南西双版纳、海南万宁和广东湛江)2个品种(‘巴厘’和‘无刺卡因’)的冬夏季节果实为试验材料,利用高效液相色谱法分析了6种维生素含量的差异.[结果]3个地区2个品种冬季果维生素A和维生素B6的含量低于夏季果,维生素C和维生素B12的含量则相反;云南西双版纳地区冬季果维生素B3含量低于夏季果,而广东湛江和海南万宁两个地区相反;冬季果中含有维生素E而夏季果中并未检测出;夏季果中,广东湛江地区的‘巴厘’未检测到含有维生素B12,而海南万宁地区的‘巴厘’未检测到维生素B6.[结论]冬夏季节对6种维生素含量的影响大于不同产地对其的影响.
Comparison of vitamin contents in winter and summer fruits of two pineapple varieties in different areas
[Objective]The objective of the study was to elucidate the impact of season and location on vitamin contents of pineapple fruits.[Method]The fruits of Comte de paris and Smooth Cayenne matured in winter and summer were sampled in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan,Wanning of Hainan and Zhanjiang of Guangdong respectively.The contents of six types of vitamins were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).[Result]The results showed that the contents of vitamin A and vitamin B6 in the summer fruits were higher than that in the winter fruits of the two cultivars sampled in all areas; on the contrary,the contents of vitamin C and vitamin B 12 in the winter fruits were higher than that in the summer fruits.For the fruits of the two cultivars sampled in Yunnan province,summer fruits had more vitamin B3 than winter fruits.However,the results were on the contrary in the fruits sampled in the other two areas.The vitamin E was detected in the winter fruits but not in the summer fruits of the two cultivars in all areas.Vitamin B12 could not be detected in the summer fruits of Comte de paris sampled in Guangdong.So didn't the vitamin B6 in the summer fruits of Comte de paris sampled in Hainan.[Conclusion]In conclusion,the contents of six types of vitamins varied more with different seasons than with different areas.
