摘要

以甘南地区青稞秸秆为原料,采用ZnCl2为活化剂在不同条件下制备青稞秸秆基活性炭,并确定最佳制备条件.同时研究在吸附时间、吸附温度、pH值和吸附剂投加量4个因素下青稞秸秆基活性炭对模拟废水中Cu2+的吸附性能.结果表明,青稞秸秆基活性炭对Cu2+模拟废水的最佳吸附条件为:吸附时间40 min、吸附温度60 ℃、pH值为5.0、吸附剂投加量为0.9 g.

Abstract

In this essay,barley straw based activated carbon was prepared with highland barley straw in Gannan area as raw material and ZnCl2 as activator.Activated carbon was prepared under different prepara-tion conditions to deter mine the best preparation conditions and prepare activated carbon under the best preparation conditions.At the same time,the effects of adsorption time,adsorption temperature,pH and ad-sorbent dosage on the adsorption performance of Cu2+in simulated wastewater were studied.The results showed that the best adsorption conditions of highland barley straw based activated carbon for Cu2+simu-lated wastewater were as follows:adsorption time with 40 min,adsorption temperature with 60 ℃,pH=5.0,and adsorbent dosage with 0.9 g.
