综合管廊深基坑支护结构变形分析及优化研究

摘要
基于某综合管廊深基坑工程,运用Midas有限元软件,通过改变支护桩桩径、型钢布置形式、型钢尺寸、冠梁尺寸、内支撑间距的参数对支护桩水平位移变化规律进行了分析,并选取最优的支护方案.结果表明:通过增加桩径可有效抑制支护桩变形;型钢布置形式和型钢尺寸的改变对支护桩的影响较小;冠梁主要对支护结构的顶部变形起约束作用;内支撑水平向不等间距布置时增大了工作空间从而方便施工.最终方案为Φ850@600 SMW工法三轴水泥土搅拌桩,内插HN700×300× 13×24型钢,型钢插一跳一布置;桩顶设置钢筋砼冠梁,内支撑为钢筋砼撑,支撑在冠梁上.模拟结果与实测结果基本一致,符合工程要求.
Abstract
Based on the deep foundation pit project of a comprehensive pipe corridor,Midas finite element software is used to analyze the horizontal displacement change law of the support pile by changing the pa-rameters of pile diameter,section steel layout form,section size,crown beam size and internal support spac-ing,and the optimal supporting scheme is selected.The results showed that the deformation of retaining pile can be effectively restrained by increasing pile diameter.Steel decorate a form,and the influence of the change of the section size of supporting pile is small.Crown beam mainly plays a role of constraints on the top of the supporting structure deformation.The working space is increased when the internal support is ar-ranged horizontally and unequally spaced,which is convenient for construction.The optimal solution isΦ850@600 SMW three-axis cement-soil mixing pile,inserted HN700 × 300 × 13 × 24 type steel,section steel inserted one jump one.The top of the pile is provided with a reinforced concrete crown beam,and the inner support is a reinforced concrete support,which is supported on the crown beam.The simulation re-sults are basically consistent with the measured results and meet the requirements.
