摘要

为更高效地确定下承式钢箱拱桥合理成桥索力以及施工阶段吊杆张拉索力,以某下承式钢箱拱桥为例,采用有限元软件进行模拟,得出最小弯曲能量法、零位移法、刚性支承连续梁法和刚性吊杆法4种方法的成桥索力及内力分布情况,分析几种方法的适用性,并通过提出的6种吊杆张拉方案,对比各方案下的张拉控制力及关键截面内力变化情况,探究不同吊杆张拉方案对结构的影响.研究结果表明:最小弯曲能量法得到的成桥索力较为均匀,而且成桥内力状态表现较好,更适合该类桥梁的合理成桥状态确定;从拱脚向拱顶依次张拉施工最为方便且吊杆张拉控制力更均匀,但会出现局部内力较大的情况;对称交替张拉吊杆能够改善局部内力较大的现象,但总体趋势不变;1/4拱肋处左右对称依次张拉吊杆易导致1/4拱肋处出现较大内力峰值,且出现张拉过程索力极值较大的情况;1/4拱肋处左右对称间隔张拉吊杆在关键截面处的内力较为均匀,且没有出现较大峰值,有利于结构安全.

Abstract

In order to more efficiently determine the reasonable bridge cable force and the boom tensioning cable force in the construction stage of a lower-bearing steel box arch bridge,a lower-bearing steel box arch bridge was simulated by finite element software as an example to derive the bridge cable force and internal force distribution of four methods,including the minimum bending energy method,the zero displacement method,the rigidly supported continuous beam method and the rigid boom method,to analyze the applica-bility of these methods.Through the six proposed boom tensioning schemes,the tensioning control force and the change of internal force of critical sections under each scheme are compared to investigate the influ-ence of different boom tensioning schemes on the structure.The results show that the minimum bending energy method yields a more uniform tensioning force,and the internal force state of the bridge is better,which is more suitable for determining the reasonable state of this type of bridge;tensioning from the foot of the arch to the top of the arch is the most convenient and the tensioning control force of the boom is more uniform,but the local internal force is larger;symmetrical alternate tensioning of the boom can im-prove the phenomenon of large local internal force,but the overall trend remains the same;1/4 arch rib at the left and right symmetrical tensioning boom is easy to lead to 1/4 arch rib at the peak of large internal force,and the tensioning process cable force extremes appear larger;1/4 arch rib at the left and right sym-metrical interval tensioning boom in the key section of the internal force is more uniform,and there is no large peak,which is conducive to structural safety.
