摘要
为探究大量未经科学化处理的尾菜污染环境及资源浪费问题的有效解决方法,以甘肃省兰州市某尾菜处理和循环利用系统工程为案例,对现行尾菜集约化处理模式下系统的运行现状进行分析.结果表明:该系统在2022年运行期间共处理尾菜48 351.72 t,折合尾菜产气能力为10.85 m3/t,达标废水排放量共计48 646 m3,产沼渣共计3 901.5 t,处理成本达到86.78元/t;系统在运行过程中对尾菜的可回收资源利用不充分,未实现完全无害化,整体存在效率低、能耗高和运行成本高等问题.针对现行系统存在的问题分析其原因并提出系统运行的优化方案,为尾菜集约化处理模式的工艺优化提供一定依据,对尾菜资源化利用的持续健康发展有重要意义.
Abstract
In order to explore the effective solution to the problem of environmental pollution and resource wastage by a large amount of vegetable waste(VW)without scientific treatment in China,a VW treatment and recycling system project in Lanzhou city,gansu Province was used as a case study to analyze the cur-rent operation status of the system under the current intensive VW treatment mode.The results showed that the system treated a total of 48 351.72 t of VW during the operation period of 2022,equivalent to a VW gas production capacity of 10.85 m3/t,with a total discharge of 48 646 m3 of standard wastewater and a total of 3 901.5 t of digestate,and the treatment cost reached 86.78 yuan/t.The system does not fully uti-lize the recoverable resources of VW during operation,and does not achieve complete harmlessness.The overall problems of low efficiency,high energy consumption and high operation cost exist.In view of the problems of the current system,the causes and propose an optimization plan for the operation of the system are analyzed,which provides a certain basis for the process optimization of the intensive treatment mode of VW and is of great significance for the further sustainable and healthy development of VW resource utiliza-tion.
