摘要

盾构法具有适用范围广、施工速度快、施工质量好等优点.为探究双线隧道盾构施工引起的地表沉降对隧道间既有桩基变形的影响特征,以无锡地铁某区间隧道盾构开挖工程为依托,采用有限元法构建数值计算模型,对比了双线异步掘进(方案1)、右线隧道先施工(方案2)和左线隧道先施工(方案3)3种盾构施工方案的地面沉降和桩基变形,通过现场监测数据与模拟计算数据的对比分析,验证所建立数值模型的合理性.结果表明:方案1具有最小的地表沉降和桩基变形,方案2地表沉降和桩基变形最大,方案3的地表沉降和桩基变形比方案2小.研究结果可为类似拟建和在建盾构隧道工程提供理论指导与参考.

Abstract

The shield construction is widely used because of its strong applicability,fast construction speed,guaranteed construction quality,and other advantages.Based on the finite element model of double-line tunnel of Wuxi Metro,the influence of shield construction under the pedestrian bridge pile foundation was investigated.Three construction schemes were implemented to analyze surface settlement and pile foundation deformation with different shield conditions.Compared with the field monitoring data,the re-sults of the numerical model were discussed.It states that the surface settlement and pile foundation de-formation in scheme 1 was smallest,while those in scheme 2 was largest.The surface settlement and pile foundation deformation of scheme 3 was smaller than that of scheme 2.For similar shield tunnel engineer-ing,the findings in this paper can be used as theoretical guidance and reference.
