摘要

为探究盾构隧道下穿单桩时各影响因素的影响力大小,采用正交试验和数值模拟方法,并考虑桩顶荷载的作用,以桩顶沉降和桩顶水平位移为评价指标,探讨盾构下穿单桩的主要影响因素影响力大小,并对最主要影响因素进行进一步分析;考虑到单桩承载性状不同,分析了桩端到隧道拱顶净距变化时,盾构隧道正下穿摩擦型单桩和端承型单桩桩顶沉降的不同.结果表明:桩轴线到隧道轴线的水平距离为最主要影响因素;随着单桩与隧道水平距离的增加,桩顶沉降逐渐减小,而桩顶水平位移先增大后减小,在单桩与隧道间距达到2D时桩顶水平位移达到最大值;当桩端与隧道拱顶净距小于3 m时,随着竖向净距的减小,端承型单桩比摩擦型单桩的桩顶沉降增量更加明显,且发生突变.

Abstract

In order to explore the effect of various influencing factors of shield tunnel undercrossing single pile,taking the settlement and horizontal displacement of pile top as evaluation index,the effect degree of main factors of shield tunnel undercrossing single pile were discussed by orthogonal test and numerical simulation method,and the effect of pile top load was considered.The most important influencing factor was further analyzed.Considering the different bearing behavior of pile,the different settlements of pile top of frictional pile and end-bearing pile caused by shield tunnel were analyzed when the net distance from pile end to tunnel vault changes.The results showed that the horizontal distance between the pile axis and the tunnel axis is the most important factor.With the increase of the horizontal distance between the pile and tunnel,the settlement of the pile top decreases gradually,while the hor-izontal displacement of pile top increases first and then decreases.When the distance between the pile and tunnel reaches 2D,the horizontal displacement of pile top reaches the maximum value.When the clear distance between the pile end and the tunnel vault is less than 3 m,with the decrease of the vertical clear distance,the settlement in-crements of the pile top of the end-bearing single pile is more obvious than that of the frictional single pile,and the mutation occurs.
