摘要

为探索不同工况下北京地铁28号线东大桥站—京广桥站区间新增暗挖隧道施工对既有管线沉降的影响,采用FLAC3D有限差分程序进行数值计算优化分析,并优化其施工方案.研究结果表明,新线施工引起既有管线的沉降随开挖循环进尺、初期支护的强度与厚度、注浆加固指标的增大而减小,随上台阶高度的增加而增大,因上台阶开挖不预留核心土或取消锁脚锚杆支护呈显著增大趋势.得出其优化方案:建议开挖上台阶时不预留核心土,或增大开挖循环进尺至1.0 m,或减小初期支护厚度至200 mm.研究结论为北京地区暗挖地铁隧道穿越工程提供了参考依据.

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of the new subsurface tunnel between Dongdaqiao Station and Jingguangqiao Station of Beijing Metro Line 28 on the settlement of the existing pipeline under different working conditions and to optimize its construction scheme,numerical calculation and optimization analysis are carried out using FLAC3D finite-difference program.The results show that the settlement of the existing pipeline caused by the construction of the new line decreases with the increase of the cyclic footage of excavation,the strength and thickness of the initial support,and the index of grouting reinforcement,and increases with the increase of the height of the upper step,and it shows a significant trend of increasing due to the excavation of the upper step without reserving the core soil or the abolition of the locking footing anchor support.The following optimisation options were derived and it was recommen-ded to excavate the upper step without reserving the core soil,or to increase the excavation cycle feed to 1.0 m,or to reduce the thickness of the initial support to 200 mm.The conclusions of the study can be used as a reference for the subsurface underground tunnel crossing project in Beijing.
