摘要
国土空间生态修复分区是开展生态修复工作的空间指导与前提基础.为研究国土空间生态修复分区,以甘肃省崇信县为例,通过生态敏感性评价、生态系统服务价值计算、生态重要性评价等构建了崇信县生态安全格局,识别了崇信县生态修复重点区域,最终确定了崇信县国土空间生态修复分区.结果表明:(1)崇信县生态轻度敏感性、中度敏感性、高度敏感性和极敏感性面积分别为13 021.25 hm2、31 405.57 hm2、12 670.73 hm2 和 27 805.28 hm2,分别占崇信县总面积的 15.34％、36.99％、14.92％和32.74％.(2)崇信县生态系统服务价值为41 159.21万元.从生态系统服务类型来看,维持生物多样性所占比重最高(15.53％);从土地利用类型来看,林地的生态系统所占比重最高(83.19％);低值区、中值区、高值区和极值区面积分别为53 978.02 hm2、14 702.93 hm2、13 544.10 hm2 和 2 616.10 hm2,所占比重分别为 63.62％、17.33％、15.96％和 3.08％.(3)崇信县生态一般重要区、中等重要区、高度重要区、极重要区面积分别为33 599.39 hm2、12 942.71 hm2、20 668.78 hm2 和 17 691.96 hm2,分别占崇信县总面积的 39.57％、15.24％、24.34％和 20.84％.(4)构建了"三蓝三绿四区一核心"的崇信县生态安全格局.生态源地面积为34 927.91 hm2,3条绿廊总长度为7 481.69 m.(5)崇信县生态核心区、生态提升区、生态修复区和生态控制区面积分别为2 182.20 hm2、11 390.21 hm2、24 339.28 hm2 和 46 947.15 hm2,分别占崇信县总面积的 2.57％、13.42％、28.68％和 55.32％.
Abstract
The zoning of ecological restoration in territorial space is the spatial guidance and prerequisite foundation for carrying out ecological restoration work.To study the zoning of ecological restoration in na-tional land space,this research builds an ecological security pattern,identifies the key areas for ecological restoration and ultimately determines the ecological restoration zoning of the territorial space by the eco-logical sensitivity evaluation,ecosystem service value calculation,ecological importance evaluation,etc.in Chongxin county of Gansu Province.The results show that(1)The mild sensitivity,moderate sensitivity,highly sensitive and the extreme sensitivity of ecological in Chongxin county are 13 021.25 hm2,31 405.57 hm2,12 670.73 hm2 and 27 805.28 hm2,accounting for 15.34％,36.99％,14.92％,and 32.74％of the total area of Chongxin county.(2)The value of ecosystem services in the Chongxin county is 411.592 1 million yuan.From the perspective of ecosystem service types,the highest proportion is the maintaining biodiversity(15.53％);from the perspective of land use types,the highest proportion is the forest ecosys-tems(83.19％).The areas of low value area,median area,high value area,and extreme value area are 53 978.02 hm2,14 702.93 hm2,13 544.10 hm2 and 2 616.10 hm2,accounting for 63.62％,17.33％,15.96％,and 3.08％.(3)The general important area,medium important area,highly important area,extremely important area of Chongxin county are 33 599.39 hm2,12 942.71 hm2,20 668.78 hm2 and 17 691.96 hm2,accounting for 39.57％,15.24％,24.34％,and 20.84％of the total area of Chongxin county.(4)The ecologi-cal security pattern of Chongxin county has been constructed with new concept for development,which is"three blue,three green,four districts and one core".The area of the ecological source is 34 927.91 hm2,and the total length of the three green corridors is 7 481.69 m.(5)The core of the ecological area,the improve-ment of the ecological area,the restoration of the ecological area and the control of the ecological area in Chongxin county are 2 182.20 hm2,11 390.21 hm2,24 339.28 hm2 and 46 947.15 hm2,accounting for 2.57％,13.42％,28.68％,and 55.32％of the Chongxin county.
