In order to study the failure mechanism and response measures of exceeding limit engineering such as torsion irregularity,as well as design methods based on seismic performance,this project taking a complex high-rise building with a large chassis,double tower,and offset length,which is an actual urban complex project as the background.This building has irregular items such as torsional ir-regularity,floor discontinuity,vertical shape retraction,local through floor columns,double tower structure and tower offset.The dynamic nonlinearity performance-based seismic design method is adopted,and a vari-ety of software are used to carry out the response spectrum analysis and elastic dynamic time history analy-sis under small earthquakes,the review of elastic and non yielding bearing capacity under medium earth-quakes,and the elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis under large earthquakes.The results show that the seismic performance of the structure is good,the structural system is reasonable and feasible,and can a-chieve the seismic performance goal of small earthquake elasticity,medium earthquake repairability and large earthquake.Due to the super long structure,through the indirect effect analysis of temperature action,the temperature stress of super long structure under the influence of temperature is calculated,and the re-inforcement is calculated according to the temperature stress,which is combined with the structural load effect,to solve the problems such as the influence of temperature stress of super long concrete structure.
