顺丁橡胶/聚乳酸复合材料的制备工艺

为了改善聚乳酸(PLA)脆性大、韧性差的缺点,将顺丁橡胶(BR)与聚乳酸进行熔融共混制备BR/PLA复合材料,并对BR/PLA复合材料进行力学性能、断面形貌及结晶形态测试.结果表明,引入顺丁橡胶会使聚乳酸的拉伸性能和冲击性能均得到明显提高,当加工温度为210℃,加工时间8 min,转子转速60 r/min,BR/PLA复合材料的综合性能最佳.随着BR含量的增加,PLA/BR复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐减小,而断裂伸长率先增加后减小,冲击强度逐渐增大.BR的加入使PLA的结晶密度减小,球晶完整性变差.
Preparation technology of cis-polybutadiene rubber/polylactic acid composite
In order to improve the brittleness and poor toughness of polylactic acid(PLA),BR/PLA composites were prepared by melt blending of cis-polybutadiene rubber(BR)and polylactic acid.The mechanical properties,cross-sectional morphology and crystal morphology of BR/PLA composites were tested.The results showed that the tensile and impact properties of polylactic acid were obviously improved by introducing cis-polybutadiene rubber.When the processing temperature is 210℃,the processing time is 8 min and the rotor speed is 60 r/min,the comprehensive properties of the composite are the best.With the increase of BR content,the tensile strength of PLA/BR composites decreased gradually,while the elongation at break increased at first and then decreased,and the impact strength increased gradually.With the addition of BR,the crystal density of PLA decreases and the spherulite integrity becomes worse.
