职业胜任力导向的计算机设计类课程改革与实践

在"双碳"经济战略背景下,建筑设备优化设计与制造、绿色建筑节能等技术领域的人才相对匮乏.高校现有建筑环境与能源应用专业课程导向不清晰,特别是计算机设计类课程对专业人员解决跨专业复杂工程问题等方面的支撑度较低.结合现有专业人才供需矛盾,将CDIO理念引入人才培养的整个教学环节,建立校企协同的双导师制并实现实践课程集群,将能力形成教育贯穿教学各个环节,是促进人才的职业胜任力特征形成的有效实践,也为培养跨专业复合应用型人才提供参考.
Reform and practice of computer design curriculum based on professional competency
Under the background of the dual carbon economic strategy,there is a relative shortage of talents in technical fields such as optimized design and manufacturing of construction equipment,green building energy conservation,etc.The current curriculum guidance for the majors of architectural environment and energy and application in universities is not clear,especially in computer design courses,which have a low level of support for professionals in solving complex engineering problems across disciplines.Combining the contradiction between supply and demand of existing professional talents,introducing the CDIO concept into the entire teaching process of talent cultivation,establishing a dual mentor system for school enterprise collaboration,and implementing a practical course cluster,integrating ability formation education into all aspects of teaching.It is an effective practice to promote the formation of professional competence characteristics of talents,and also provides reference for cultivating interdisciplinary and composite applied talents.
