Non cooperative games of three oligarch firms on output
Oligopolistic markets are an important aspect of microeconomic research.Because there may be more than two oligarchs in an oligarchic market,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the non cooperative game of three oligarch firms on output. The simultaneous decision game based on Cournot model and the three stage sequential decision game based on Stackelberg model, and the two-stage game of sequential decision game combined with a simultaneous decision game of three oligarch firms in the case of continuous changes in production are given. The corresponding Nash equilibrium solution and inverse inductive solution are obtained.A simplified comparison of the results of the four games is made, from this,it can be seen that various games have varying impacts on the output decisions of oligopolistic manufacturers.
