在对2011-2021年黑龙江省数字贸易发展水平测算的基础上,从规模效应、结构效应、技术效应三个渠道分析黑龙江省数字贸易对碳排放的影响.结果表明,结构效应对碳减排的影响是正向的,规模效应、技术效应对碳减排的影响则是负向的.因此,应从加大高新科技投入,数字技术赋能贸易领域,转变传统企业生产方式,引进数字贸易人才四个方面提高数字贸易对碳减排的促进作用.
The impact of digital trade on carbon emissions in Heilongjiang Province
Based on the calculation of the development level of digital trade in Heilongjiang Province from 2011 to 2021,the impact of digital trade on carbon emissions in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed through three channels such as scale effect,structure effect,and technology effect.The results show that structure effect have a positive impact on carbon emission reduction,while scale effect and technology effect have a negative impact on carbon emission reduction.Therefore,the promotion effect of digital trade on carbon emission should be improved from four aspects such as increasing high-tech investment,empowering the trade field with digital technology,transforming traditional enterprise production methods,and introducing digital trade talents.
