Empirical research on the development level of Henan Province's green and low-carbon economy based on spatial econometric model
Based on the data of 18 prefectures and cities in Henan Province from 2017 to 2021,the entropy-multi-level comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct the index system of green and low-carbon economic development in Henan Province,and the green and low-carbon economic development level of 18 prefectures and cities was measured.The spatial econometric model was used to analyze the spatial effect of green and low-carbon economic development in various cities.The results show that there is a significant difference in the development level of green and low-carbon economy among 18 cities in Henan Province,which can be basically divided into four tiers.Among them,Zhengzhou City is in the first tier,with a far ahead development level.From 2017 to 2021,the development level of Zhengzhou,Hebi,Luohe,Xinyang and Zhoukou cities showed a fluctuating upward trend,while other cities showed a downward trend.The green and low-carbon economic development levels shows significant spatial correlation,with cities with high development levels clustering and cities with low development levels clustering,and overall shows a increase trend of agglomeration with time changes.Finally,according to the development status of Henan Province's green and low-carbon economy,some corresponding enlightenments are given to promote the development level of green and low-carbon development.
