摘要

旨在检测 7种不同涂层牛津布的抗菌性能,根据实验结果判别抗菌性能最好的牛津布料,并判断牛津布颜色对抗菌性是否有影响.采用奎因法、振荡瓶法、湿度瓶法进行定性实验,计算抑菌率、菌落数量、菌斑面积.实验发现,采用奎因法所测的不同涂层牛津布均具有抗菌率,但无明显差异(P>0.05);振荡瓶法发现,不同功能涂层的抗菌率有显著差异(P<0.05),抗菌涂层>阻燃涂层>防晒涂层;由湿度瓶法验证振荡瓶法的分析发现,在阻燃涂层中,随着颜色加深,抗菌率显著降低(P<0.05).结果表明,抗菌涂层牛津布抗菌性最好,褐色阻燃涂层牛津布抗菌性最差.在同种涂层的牛津布中,不同颜色对黑曲霉抗菌性有影响.

Abstract

Aims to test the antibacterial properties of seven different coated Oxford cloths,identify the Oxford cloths with the best antibacterial properties according to the experimental results,and determine whether the color of Oxford cloths has an effect on antibacterial properties.Quinn method,shaking bottle method and humidity bottle method were used to carry out qualitative experiments,and the antibacterial rate,colony number and plaque area were calculated.The experiment found that the antibacterial rate of different coated Oxford cloths measured by Quinn method was not significantly different(P>0.05).Shaking bottle method showed that the antibacterial rate of different functional coatings was significantly different(P<0.05),antibacterial coating>flame retardant coating>sunscreen coating;Humidity bottle method was used to verify the analysis of shaking bottle method,and it was found that with the deepening of the color of the flame retardant coating,the antibacterial rate decreased significantly(P<0.05).The results showed that antibacterial coated Oxford cloth had the best antibacterial properties and brown flame retardant-coated Oxford cloth had the worst antibacterial properties.In Oxford cloth with the same coating,different colors have an effect on the antibacterial activity of Aspergillus Niger.
