新工科背景下半导体物理课程教学改革

半导体物理是光电信息科学与工程专业的主干专业课程.该课程涉及的物理概念抽象度高,数学和物理模型复杂,技术性强,迭代速度快,对"教"与"学"均有较大的挑战性.针对课程特点和教学中存在的问题,从优化课程教学内容,改进教学方法和教学手段、融入课程思政等方面进行教学改革,旨在充分激发学生对半导体物理课程学习的积极性,提高学生运用知识解决实际工程问题的能力.
Teaching reform of semiconductor physics course under the background of new engineering
Semiconductor Physics is a critical professional course for optoelectronic information science and engineering.The course presents significant challenges for both teaching and learning due to its highly abstract physical concepts,complex mathematical and physical models,strong technical demands,and rapid technological advancements.Based on the characteristics of the course and the existing problems in the current teaching,the reform have been made through optimizing course content,improving teaching methods and teaching mean,and integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum,aiming to cultivate students' initiative for learning semiconductor physics,and improve their ability to apply knowledge to solve practical engineering problems.
