基于西门子博途软件的PLC仿真实验平台设计

电气控制与PLC技术是电气类专业的核心课程,但其实验教学常受到实验设备昂贵、笨重以及应用场景受限等因素的制约.为突破实验教学的瓶颈,采用博途TIA Portal软件,搭建基于HMI与S7-1500 PLC的仿真实验平台.该仿真实验平台能精准模拟实际场景的控制过程,平台操作简便,成本低,有助于学生直观地理解和感知控制过程.
Design of PLC simulation experiment platform based on Siemens TIA portal software
Electrical control and PLC technology are core courses in the field of electrical engineering,however,its experimental teaching is often constrained by factors such as expensive and bulky experimental equipment,as well as limited application scenarios.To break through the bottleneck of experimental teaching,a simulation experiment platform based on HMI and S7-1500 PLC was built using the Botu TIA Portal software.the simulation experimental platform can accurately simulate the control process of actual scenarios.The platform is easy to operate,low-cost,and can help students to intuitively understand and perceive the control process.
