植物质膜蛋白作为细胞膜的重要组成部分,是细胞与外界进行物质交换、信息交流等功能的重要媒介,参与植物生长发育过程及逆境胁迫响应等多个生理过程.AWPM-19 蛋白(ABA-induced wheat plasma membrane polypeptide-19 protein)是由脱落酸诱导的小麦质膜多肽-19 蛋白,具有高度疏水性,含有四个跨膜结构.植物AWPM-19 蛋白参与种子休眠调控,以及低温、脱落酸等非生物胁迫响应.为全面了解植物AWPM-19 蛋白已知的特性和功能,并为探索AWPM-19 蛋白在植物不同生理过程中的作用机制进行准备,对AWPM-19 蛋白结构特征以及其在种子休眠、植物逆境胁迫响应过程中的作用等方面的研究进展进行概括总结,为进一步研究植物AWPM-19 蛋白提供理论基础.
Research progress on AWPM-19 protein in plant seed dormancy and stress responses
As an important component of the cell membrane,plant plasma membrane proteins are important mediators for material exchange and information communication between cells and the environment,participate in multiple physiological processes including plant growth and development,as well as stress responses.AWPM-19 protein(ABA induced wheat plasma membrane polypeptide-19 protein)is a wheat plasma membrane peptide-19 protein induced by abscisic acid,which is highly hydrophobic and contains four transmembrane structures.The plant AWPM-19 proteins are involved in seed dormancy regulation,as well as abiotic stress responses including low temperature and abscisic acid.For comprehensively understanding the known characteristics and functions of the plant AWPM-19 protein,preparing for exploring the mechanisms of the AWPM-19 protein in different physiological processes of plants,summarized the research progresses on the structural characteristics of AWPM-19 protein,and its roles in seed dormancy and plant stress responses,in order to provide theoretical basis for further studying plant AWPM-19 proteins.
