The Path Construction of the Governance of Litigation Sources in the Grassroots Judiciary——From the Perspective of the New Era's"Horseback Court"
The governance of litigation sources is an emerging governance model that guides judicial organs in dis-pute resolution in current grassroots judicial work.The current academic and practical research on the governance of litigation sources mainly focuses on the status of the court as the main body,the jurisdiction in administrative dis-putes,and dispute resolution in special infringement areas,but there is little exploration of the practical path of the governance of litigation sources in grassroots justice.By analyzing the"horseback court"as an experience of the times and summarizing its practical characteristics in the new era and promoting the value of the governance of liti-gation sources,according to the syllogism of dispute resolution in the governance of litigation sources,attention should be paid to the construction of psychological intervention work for parties involved in disputes that have not yet occurred or have already occurred during the dispute prevention stage.At the same time,the goal of propaganda and education should be achieved for the audience through case interpretation;In the non litigation and dispute res-olution stage,the combination of"collaborative governance"and mass participation mode is used to prevent and re-duce the frequency of similar cases and their entry into the litigation stage.In the final trial stage of the court,em-phasis is placed on judicial adjudication to achieve the goal of saving judicial resources and maintaining legal au-thority.
