An Empirical Study on the Resolution of Contradictions and Disputes from the Perspective of Grassroots Governance——Taking X County Judicial Office as an Example
Grassroots are the cornerstone of social governance,and grassroots judicial office plays an indispensable role in solving grassroots conflicts and disputes.X county judicial office is committed to creating a mediation pattern that integrates personnel,venues,and offices,emphasizing the sinking of mediation forces,cultivating a unique le-gal culture,and effectively preventing and resolving grassroots conflicts and disputes,playing an important role in grassroots governance.Empirical research shows that the mediation work of X county judicial office also faces some difficulties,including the difficulty of mediating land disputes and the immature supervision mechanism for resol-ving conflicts and disputes.Therefore,it is necessary to clean up the historical legacy issues of land ownership con-firmation,solve key issues such as personnel,authority,and technology,optimize the supervision mechanism for dispute resolution,and the mechanism for dispute classification and diversion.
