The Triple Logic of Regulating the Mechanism of Wealth Accumulation
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed for the first time to standardize the wealth accumulation mechanism,reflecting the CPC's accurate grasp and great attention to the cur-rent wealth accumulation problem.The wealth accumulation of New China has gone through three historical peri-ods:the initial stage,the growth stage and the sharing stage,which has laid a profound theoretical and practical foundation for the emergence of the wealth accumulation mechanism.The standardized wealth accumulation mecha-nism is the improvement and development of the socialist distribution system on the basis of adhering to Marx's wealth thought,and has the functions of subject incentive,wealth regulation and behavioral restraint.In the new era,to regulate the wealth accumulation mechanism,we must adhere to its overall principle,build and improve a reasonable and effective institutional system within the framework of the rule of law,promote wealth accumulation to achieve high quality and sustainability,continue to narrow the wealth distribution gap to a reasonable level,and make the whole process of wealth accumulation fairer.
