Investigation and Experience Insights on the Evolution History of China's Industrial Policy Since the Founding of New China
Since the founding of new China,the evolution of industrial policies has been a history of the government promoting industrial development and transformation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Based on differences in development logic,China's industrial policy evolution can be divided into three stages:the initial stage of China's distinctive industrial policy dominated by the logic of catching up,the stage of China's distinctive industrial policy system following market logic,and the stage of the new era of China's distinctive industrial system led by high-level catch-up logic.China's industrial policy practice has greatly promoted the liberation and develop-ment of the country's productive forces,giving birth to new quality productivity in a new qualitative dimension,while accumulating rich experience and providing basic principles for the deployment and implementation of China's industrial policies,namely:adhering to the fundamental principle of the Party's absolute leadership,must adhere to promoting industrial innovation through technological innovation,must adhere to driving industrial transformation through improving the new national system,must adhere to transforming economic growth momentum through new industrialization,and must adhere to leading the future through applied basic research and cutting-edge research.
