Digital Empowerment of High-quality Development of Rural Courtyard Economy:Mechanisms,Obstacles and Pathways——Analysis Based on Social Quality Theory
How digital technology effectively empowers the high-quality development of rural economy is an impor-tant issue in rural revitalization,and the courtyard economy as a typical component of vernacular society has been given a new mission and significance.The theory of social quality has a high theoretical fit with the digital empow-erment of rural courtyard economy's high-quality development,which provides a theoretical perspective for the study of rural courtyard economy to seize the opportunities of digital transformation.The digital technology-enabled rural courtyard economy can help to utilize the characteristics of the technology to activate the internal vitality of ru-ral residents and the power of sustainable economic development.However,from the perspective of social quality theory,the development of digitally empowered rural courtyard economy faces four obstacles:economic security and starting problems,social relations and reasonable problems,digital divide and resource inequality,and obstacles to productization and operation,which constrain the transformation and development of rural courtyard economy.It is believed that comprehensive measures should be taken to build a long-term empowerment mechanism,optimize the path of digital financial services,stimulate the innovation vitality of traditional small farmers,cultivate the digital literacy of rural residents,and build a harmonious and symbiotic economic ecology,so as to ensure that digital technology truly becomes a new engine for the high-quality development of the rural courtyard economy,and to help the realization of the goal of rural revitalization.
