The Rule of Law Path for Building Governance Capacity of Social Psychological Service System
As emergency psychological services played a positive role in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic,the social and psychological service system and related work have been incorporated into the construction system of Healthy China and Safe China projects.Regional pilot practices have shown that there is a significant gap and no-ticeable tension between the reality and ideal connotation of the social psychological service system construction.The main problem is an excessive emphasis on mental health,which significantly deviates from the overall goal of social governance.Given the significant value of social psychological services in enhancing social harmony and indi-vidual well-being,accelerating the legal construction of their service system is of great urgency.It is advisable to take the problems identified in the pilot practice and social needs as an opportunity to coordinate the profound im-pact of technological development on human psychology,deepen the understanding of the psychological governance aspect of national governance capacity modernization,promote the upgrading of the psychological governance legal system based on the Constitution of the People's Republic of China,and reinforce the administrative entities to per-form their duties in accordance with the law,rationally and peacefully,in order to actively guide and facilitate the cultivation of a healthy social mentality.
